Closed Task: Western European Encoding shouldn't be used for EF.Reverse.POCO*.ttinclude [129]

The Copyright use Western European Encoding for non-ascii char '©', and can not be recognized on other Encoding.

Could it be replaced by "(c)" or use UTF-8 Encoding?
