Created Unassigned: Stored procedures without input param and some views cannot got populated in .cs [102]

I found that only stored procedure with input parameters can be detected and populated in .cs file, and some of views are ignored by this tool too (I haven't found the difference with other views that can be populated).
Are they known issues?
